Do I need to install GOOGLE FIT or APPLE HEALTH in my device alongside Vantage Fit?

Currently, the Google Fit App installation in Android devices is optional, and Apple health comes pre-installed on iOS devices. It is not mandatory to download Google Fit for android devices.
