To make an offer, you first need to log in to your Vantage Circle account and click on the Classified section. According to your needs, you can browse the different categories and check the required available offers in the portal. 

Then you need to follow a few steps, which are mentioned below-

• Click on the “View Offer” button, after which you will be redirected to a new page. 
• On the new page, you will see the relevant details, and if it matches your requirements, you can click on the “Make an Offer” button to proceed. 
• A pop-up window will appear where you have to accept the terms and conditions. 

After accepting the terms and conditions, you can quote your price and send the necessary message to the one with whom you will be making the offer. Then click on the “Submit Offer” button to complete the offer.
