To check the engagement score of individual categories,
1. Go to the left-side navigation bar on the Vantage Pulse Admin Dashboard and click on “Categories .” You will be automatically redirected to the Categories section.
2. In the Categories section, you will be able to view the engagement level of each category in a row-wise format.
On each dedicated category row, the following details will be displayed:
Engagement Score
The Engagement Score displays the engagement levels of that Category and compares it to the previous score of that Category. The higher the Engagement Score, the more positive participants feel about that particular Category.
eNPS Score
The eNPS Distribution of a particular Category displays the Promoters (positive), Detractors (negative), and Passives (satisfactory) scores of the survey.
User Participation
The User Participation score indicates how many of the people you invited to take the survey actually completed it.
Question Report
The Question Report displays the questions from a specific Category that were asked in a survey, as well as the respective Engagement Scores for each question. You can access this report by clicking on the View More button on the lower right-hand corner of each category row.
