Yes, you can effectively delegate your appreciation, nomination, and approval rights to others. This ensures that recognition in your organization is always up and running.
Follow the steps below to delegate your nomination or approval rights to others within the organization:
Step 1: Log in to the Vantage Recognition Platform and click on the profile icon at the window’s top right corner.
Step 2: Select the “Assign Delegation” option from the drop-down menu. Then, adjust your permissions by selecting or deselecting specific rights.
Step 3: Search for your colleague by name or email, choose the individual you want to authorize and click “Submit” to finalize the process.
Note: You also have the option to edit the permissions of previously assigned delegations.
