Celebrate your team’s collective efforts and accomplishments in a streamlined and efficient manner. Vantage Recognition Platform provides a feature enabling you to recognize your entire team.
To utilize the feature, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the Vantage Recognition Homepage or Feed page, and from the Prime Recognition Area, click Recognize.
Step 2: Select Appreciation ( Non-Monetary ) or Nomination ( Monetary Award) based on your requirements, and proceed by clicking Next.
Step 3: Now, select Teams from the header.
Teams: Search and select teams by the name or mail of the respective managers/ team lead.
Click here to continue with the Appreciation (Non-monetary).
Click here to continue with the Nomination (Monetary award).
