Campaign Manager allows HR Admins to easily create and manage recognition campaigns around special dates or events. Admins can also create badges, link them to specific campaigns, and schedule them by defining start and end dates. During the campaign period, employees are encouraged to participate by sending recognitions using these badges, helping boost engagement and participation. Once the campaign concludes, the badges automatically retire, ensuring every recognition remains timely, relevant, and aligned with ongoing company initiatives.
