
You have the option to deactivate Awards, Badges, or Greeting Cards based on your needs. Deactivating allows you to disable the item temporarily without permanently removing it from the system, giving you the flexibility to reactivate it later.
Deactivating awards:
Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.
Step 2: Navigate to the left panel and click on Award under the Configuration section.
Step 3: On the right side of the window, you’ll see a list of awards. Scroll and select the award you want to deactivate.
Step 4: Toggle the button next to the selected award to deactivate.
Note: You can reactivate the awards anytime by toggling the button back on when needed.

Deactivating badges:
Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.
Step 2: Navigate to the left panel and click on Badges under the Configuration section.
Step 3: On the right side of the window, you’ll see a list of badges. Scroll and select the badge you want to deactivate.
Step 4: Toggle the button next to the selected badge to deactivate.
Note: You can reactivate the badge anytime by toggling the button back on when needed.

Deactivating Greeting Cards:
Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.
Step 2: Navigate to the left panel and click on Greetings under the Configuration section.
Step 3: Click on the History tab in the right side of the window,
Step 4: From the list of Greeting cards, select the one you want to deactivate.
Step 5: Toggle the button next to the Greetings card to deactivate.
Note: You can reactivate the greeting cards anytime by toggling the button back on when needed.
