Creating Manager Gifting catalogue:
Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.
Step 2: Navigate to the left panel of the window and click on Configuration, then select Gift.
Step 3: Browse through the list of available items to view the gifting options provided.
Step 4: Select the items you want to include in the manager gifting catalog by marking your choices.
Step 5: Once you’ve finalized the selection, click on Save Catalog to store your customized catalog.
This ensures managers have access to a carefully curated collection of meaningful gifts, empowering them to recognize and reward their team members effectively.
