
View the redemption details by generating a report from the Admin Dashboard. This report allows the HR/Admin team to confirm which retirees have completed the redemption process, the items they redeemed, and the date of redemption.
Follow these steps to generate a redemption report:
Step 1: Log in to the platform.
Step 2: Go to the Admin Dashboard. From the header bar, select Vantage Recognition, and in the left panel, click Report.
Step 3: From the available list, locate and select Milestone Redemption Report.
Step 4: Apply filters such as date range or country to refine your results.
Step 5: Click Generate Report.
Step 6: Review the generated report to see which retirees have redeemed their catalog rewards.
