The Boost feature allows managers and authorized users to amplify an existing recognition post by adding additional reward points. This enhances the post’s visibility, impact, and meaning, without the need to create new recognition. 

For example, if a manager recognizes an employee for completing a critical project that also positively impacted your team, you can Boost that recognition to highlight its broader value. 

Note: Only users with the designated Boost role can use this feature.
