When you complete a service milestone, the corresponding Catalog for the milestone will unlock. 

To access the catalog, follow the steps given below:

1. Click on the Points Wallet on the header section of your home page.
2. Select the Milestone Catalog tab in the sub-header. 
3. Once your Milestone unlocks, simply choose any gift you like from the catalog and click on Redeem. You’ll see a window that displays the details of your gift. 
4. Select Check Out, add the address of shipping and get the items delivered at your preferred address.

Note that only one item can be selected from each milestone catalog.
