Vantage Rewards is compatible across multiple devices and platforms (Android, iOS).
To acknowledge your colleagues using the Vantage Rewards on various devices and platforms (Android, iOS), follow these steps:
Step 1. Access the Vantage Circle App, navigate to the “Work” tab at the bottom of your screen,
Step 2. Now click on the “Appreciate ” option.
Step 3. Click the “Appreciate Now” option that follows. Search for colleagues using their names or email addresses select and proceed by clicking “Proceed“.
Step 4. Choose a non-monetary award from the options provided and click on the Proceed button.
Step 5. In the subsequent window, select relevant hashtags (aligned with company values) and appreciation messages for the recipients. Adjust privacy settings for the post as needed.
Step 6. Preview it before posting and click on “Post”.
Note: Depending on the privacy configurations a post will be created, and the recipient will be notified via mail, WhatsApp and app notification.
