What if employees don’t have a valid email address?

At Vantage Circle, inclusivity is a core value, and we strive to ensure that employee recognition is accessible to everyone in your organization. We understand that some employees, such as blue-collar or contractual workers, may not have a valid official email address. This should not prevent them from benefiting from our recognition platform.
Even without an email address, employees can still be registered on the platform using other details, such as their employee ID. Once registered, they can log in using their employee ID and password to access the platform and its features.
