Wish cards are greeting cards you can give to your peers on special occasions like festivals, birthdays, and anniversaries. These can be used on a regular basis by your employees to appreciate one another on the platform. This in turn can be quite effective in maintaining everyday morale.
As an HR administrator, you can configure Wish Cards for your employees to use on the platform. To do so follow the steps below,
Step 1: Begin by logging into the platform.
Step 2: Visit the HR Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Rewards from the Drop-down menu on the header section of the window.
Step 3: Click on the Configuration in the left panel and select Greetings.
Step 4: In the subsequent window,
- Fill in the Name of the Greeting, in the designated space.
- Either select the image from the system library or upload your custom one for the card. To upload your custom image click the Upload Image button on the right panel of the window.
- Once done, click on the ‘Create‘ button to create the card.
Note: Ensure the image is in PNG format with a transparent background and dimensions of 512×512 pixels.
