You have the option to deactivate Awards, Badges, or Wish Cards based on your needs. Deactivating allows you to temporarily disable the item without permanently removing it from the system, giving you the flexibility to reactivate it later.
Deactivating the award:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Vantage Rewards section and click on Award under Configuration in the left panel.
Step 3: On the right side of the window, you’ll see a list of awards. Scroll and select the award you want to deactivate.
Step 4: Toggle the button next to the selected award to deactivate.
Note: You can toggle the button to activate it again whenever needed.
Deactivating the badges:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Vantage Rewards section and click on Badge under Configuration in the left panel.
Step 3: On the right side of the window, you’ll see a list of awards. Scroll and select the badge you want to deactivate.
Step 4: Toggle the button next to the selected badge to deactivate.
Note: You can toggle the button to activate it again whenever needed.
Deactivating the wish cards:
Step 1: Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Vantage Rewards section and click on Greetings under Configuration in the left panel.
Step 3: Click on the History tab in the right side of the window,
Step 4: From the list of wish cards, select the one you want to deactivate.
Step 5: Toggle the button next to the wish card to deactivate.
Note: You can toggle the button to activate it again whenever needed.
