Vantage Rewards ensure recognition in the flow of work making engagement continuous, regular, and effective. Our Dashboard enables you to identify trends and gaps in implementation of your recognition programs and set a benchmark for the future.
The Feed Insights section in the Dashboard provides analytical information on how employees engage in the social feed.
It highlights the following:
- Organization’s average social feed engagement score
- Details of engagement activities namely likes, comments, mentions, appreciations, nominations, and wishes
- User engagement insights on the feed posts in a tabular format. You can sort the data out by recency or the level of engagement.
