The Vantage Rewards Dashboard helps you track and enhance employee engagement by providing key insights into recognition trends and patterns. Filter out the data by country, department, and timeline. 

Key metrics, includes: 

  • Active Employees: The unique number of employees who interacted (via recognition, liking, commenting, or sharing) on the Vantage Rewards platform within the selected period. 
  • Employees recognized: The unique count of employees who have been either recognized (non-monetary) or awarded (monetary) at least once during the specified period. 
  • Average recognition time: This metric shows how often an employee receives recognition within the company during the selected period. 
  • Comparative Analysis: Compares recognitions across selected periods, broken down by peer-to-peer, manager-to-peer, and cross-team. 
  • Engagement Breakdown includes:  

Sentiment analysis: classifies the sentiment of textual interactions on the platform into positive, negative, and neutral categories. 

Feed score timeline: timeline view of the organizational feed score versus the benchmark. 

Timeline of engagement by type (top badges, top awards, and greetings).

The overview highlights the total number of recognitions, points, and award value across teams. Additionally, manager-specific recognition activity helps assess individual contributions to engagement.
