The data-driven Dashboard of Vantage Rewards enables you to identify trends and gaps in implementation of their recognition programs. Once logged in, you’ll get detailed information about the overall employee engagement in your organization.
To access the analytical insights at Vantage Rewards, open the HR Admin Dashboard and go to the Vantage Rewards tab on the top header bar. Head over to the Insights tab on the left sidebar.
You’ll see four sub-headers where you can get detailed insights about feed engagement, awards, budget, and service anniversaries. You can filter out the data by country, look it up monthly, quarterly, yearly, or check overall insights.
Feed Insights
This section consists of analytical information on how employees engage in the social feed. It highlights the following:
- Organization’s average social feed engagement score
- Details of engagement activities namely likes, comments, mentions, appreciations, nominations, and wishes
- User engagement insights on the feed posts in a tabular format. You can sort the data out by recency or the level of engagement.
Award Insights
This section provides analytical information on the award distribution pattern in the organization. It highlights the following:
- A timeline view of the award distribution through graphical representation
- A department-wise breakdown of the awards to understand which department takes part in the recognition activities the most/least. This section comes with the option to switch between monetary and non-monetary awards.
- Individual managers’ recognition activity in a tabular format. You can sort this out by the number of awards given.
Budget Insights
This section highlights the budget summary of your employee recognition program. You can view the following data:
- The percentage of budget allocated out of the budget purchased
- Absolute data on the available budget, allocated budget, & deallocated budget
- A card-based view of the percentages of budget utilized by managers
- A visual timeline view of the budget purchased to help you make quick comparisons.
Yearbook Insights
The Yearbook Insights highlights deeper analytical insights about the service anniversary celebrations in your organization. You can view the following data:
- Upcoming service anniversaries and completed service anniversaries in the specified time period
- Details of engagement activities in the service anniversary posts—namely likes, comments, and external invites.
- User engagement insights on the anniversary posts of different employees in a tabular format, which is exportable in CSV. You can sort the data out by recency or the level of engagement and search for employees by email, name, or employee ID.
