What analytical insights can I get from the Dashboard?

The data-driven Dashboard of Vantage Rewards enables you to identify trends and gaps in the implementation of their recognition programs. Once logged in, you’ll get detailed information about the overall employee engagement in your organization.

Follow these steps to view analytical insights: 

Step 1: Log in to the platform and access the Admin Dashboard

Step 2: By default, the Vantage Rewards section opens when you access the Admin Dashboard. If it does not, select Vantage Rewards from the drop-down menu in the header bar. 

Step 3: From the left panel, click on Insights

Within this section, you’ll find four categories: 

  • Highlights 
  • Engagement 
  • Recognition Activity 
  • Device-wise Behavior 

You can refine the data in each category using filters for country, department, and time frame for more accurate analysis. 

Highlights 

This section provides detailed insights into employee engagement on the platform. It includes the following: 

  • Comparative Analysis: Recognitions made in the platform in the selected period in comparison to the last period. The total recognitions are further broken down into peer-to-peer, manager-to-peer, and cross-team recognitions.  
  • Feed Score Timeline: Timeline view of the organizational feed score versus the benchmark. 
  • Sentiment Analysis on Feed: This section classifies the sentiment of textual interactions on the platform into positive, negative, and neutral categories. 
  • Geography-wise heat map: The map visualizes recognitions and points rewarded across different geographical regions, showing recognition trends within the selected time frame. 
  • Top Values: Identifies the organizational values that employees were most frequently recognized for. 
  • Timeline View of Engagement by Type (Non-Monetary, Monetary, and Greetings) Select between Badges/Awards/Greetings from the dropdown for a timeline view of the number of badges, awards, or greetings (according to selection) along with the number of likes, comments, and shares made on such posts in the selected time frame. 
  • Top Awards: A chart and timeline map showing the most received Monetary awards, Non-monetary awards, and Greetings within the selected time frame 

Engagement 

This section provides a comprehensive overview of recognition activities across the organization, detailing the total number of recognitions made by managers, including both monetary and non-monetary awards. It covers key metrics such as total points awarded and the aggregate value of all awards, offering valuable insights into how recognition is distributed across teams and departments (set filter by department, country, and date). 

  • Manager-Specific Recognition Activity: A tabular view displaying individual managers’ recognition activities. This data can be sorted by the number of awards given, allowing you to assess each manager’s contributions to the recognition program and monitor their impact on employee engagement. 

Recognition Activity 

This section provides a comprehensive analysis of recognition-related feed posts and their engagement. It offers key insights into the visibility and impact of recognitions made on the platform, including the total impressions each post has received, reflecting the reach of the recognitions. 

The table presents detailed information about each recognition post, allowing you to assess various performance metrics. You can analyze the data based on the following columns: 

  • Rank: Performance ranking of the post based on engagement metrics. 
  • Published: The date and time the recognition post was published. 
  • Post: Badges and Awards icon. 
  • Citation: Recognition message. 
  • Post Type: Type of recognition content (e.g., badge, award, greeting). 
  • Posted By: The individual who has given the recognition. 
  • Likes: Number of likes the post received from users. 
  • Comments: Number of comments made on the post. 
  • Shares: Total number of shares the post received. 

Device-wise Behavior: This section shows the total number of user-generated awards across devices like mobile apps and web apps, based on selected filters. This metric excludes awards from CSV uploads and system-generated sources, providing insights into how users engage with recognition activities on different devices
