 To create new roles and permissions within the platform, follow these steps: 

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Dashboard. 

Step 2: Select Overall from the dropdown menu located in the header section. 

Step 3: In the left panel, go to Global Settings and click on Roles and Permissions. 

Step 4: Click on Create New Role on the right side of the window. 

Step 5: In the pop-up window, fill in the following details: 

• Role Name: Enter a name that clearly reflects the role’s responsibilities. 

• Define Responsibilities: Select from the available categories—Admin, Reward, or Fitness—based on the specific functions to be assigned. 

Step 6: Click Save to finalize and create the new role.
