The Manager Insights enables you to gain insights on recognition you’ve given, identify team members whom you have not recognized yet, recognition activities of managers directly reporting to you, intra-team recognition activities, rewards received by your team members, etc.

Accessing manager insights

Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Begin by logging in to the platform. Once logged in you will land in homepage.

Step 2: Now click Insights option on the left panel of your homepage to access the manager insights.

Note: You can access managerial insights only if you are a designated Manager or have managerial rights active on your account.
