The Manager Dashboard can give you insights into the recognition activities related to your team.

Below are the steps to check teams’ monetary and non-monetary award distribution: 

• Visit the Vantage Rewards Homepage, within the Feed tab, find and click “Insights” on the left panel of the window.
• Scroll down and find “Recognition Distribution.”

This section consists of a donut chart showing the distribution of monetary and non-monetary recognitions received by your direct team in the selected time frame. On hover, the absolute count of the awards can also be seen. 

• Clicking on ‘view more’ shows a bar chart where the bar shows the count of recognitions received. You can view the monetary and non-monetary recognitions by selecting the tabs below.
