Our rewarding system is based on the SOLI (Standard of Living Index) framework to help companies recognize global employees. It ensures equal and fair regulation of rewards points against currencies for employees across the globe.
The SOLI framework goes beyond the currency conversion rates (which change frequently). It automatically adjusts the monetary rewards as per the standard of living of the country. This makes the regulation of reward points fair and equal.
