
The onboarding process begins either manually, or through uploading a CSV file with necessary employee details.
- Manual onboarding of employees requires you to follow these steps-
Login to the Vantage Fit HR Admin dashboard with your Email Id and Password
Go to Company> Manage Employees> Add Employee
Fill out the required information namely Employee Email, Employee Name, & Country
Click on Next to review the filled information
Click on Submit
Repeat the same process for every employee
- Bulk onboarding is a way of adding employee details in a bulk through a CSV file. This includes the following steps-
Login to the Vantage Fit HR Admin dashboard with your Email Id and Password
Go to Company> Manage Employees> Upload Employee
OR
Go to Company> Manage Employees> Add Employee> Click on Bulk Upload
Download the sample CSV file to get the format
Now, Create a CSV file in the given format and enter the employee details as per the headers
Upload the CSV file
- Bulk Enroll is the most used process of onboarding.
It involves onboarding the employees automatically.
Here, auto-onboarding of employees takes place right after registration with a different email template.
