
The Redemption Report provides a comprehensive overview of points redemption activities. It allows you to filter and customize the report based on country and date range, ensuring relevant insights. Additionally, you can include specific data columns such as Transaction Date, Employee ID, User ID (if applicable), Name, Email, and Redeemed Points. This flexibility enables better tracking, analysis, and reporting of redemption trends and user engagement.
To view the Redemption report, follow the step-
Step 1: Visit the Admin Dashboard and select Vantage Recognition from the top header section of the window.
Step 2: Click on Reports from the left panel.
Step 3: Now next to the left Navigation panel you will find list of available reports. Scroll and select Points Redemption Report.
Step 4: From the header bar select-
- Country, if you want country specific report.
- Date range, if you have certain range of dates for which you want to generate the report.
- Add Columns, you can choose columns or data you want to include in the report, like Transaction Date, Employee ID, User ID (if applicable), Name, Email, and Redeemed Points.
Step 5: Click on Generate report.
