To utilize the feature, follow these steps: 

1. Visit the Vantage rewards Homepage and from the Prime Recognition Area click Recognize.

2. Select Appreciation ( Non-Monetary ) or Nomination ( Monetary Award) based on your requirements, and proceed by clicking Next.

3. Now, select Teams from the header.

Teams: Search and select teams by the name or mail of the respective managers/ team lead.
