1. Go to the left-side navigation bar on the Vantage Pulse Admin Dashboard and click on “Experience Cycle.” You will be automatically redirected to the Experience Cycle section.
2. In the Experience Cycle section, you will be able to view the Average Engagement, Phases, and the option to Export the data.
Average Engagement
The Average Engagement section is a graphical representation of how the engagement levels of your organization have changed over the various phases of your employee lifecycle such as Onboarding, Initial Development, Ongoing Development & Retention, and Separation.
Phases
The Phases section provides a detailed view of each phase- Onboarding, Initial Development, Ongoing Development & Retention, Separation- by providing the following features:
- Engagement Score: Present on the right-hand side of each phase, it shows the current engagement levels of employees who are in that part of the lifecycle.
- eNPS Score: It highlights the numbers of Promoters, Detractors, and Passives in each phase of the lifecycle.
View Report
When you click on the View Report button, present in the bottom-left corner of every phase, you will be redirected to a detailed report of the same.
