How to log in nutrition/meal intake?

Vantage Fit helps users to achieve their daily nutritional goals by logging meals and keeping count of the calories they consume.

To log-in daily meals, follow the steps given below:

  • Go to the home screen and tap on “+”.
  • Click on the “Today’s meals” button.
  • On the next page, add your meals for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner.
  • For the meals, you need to enter the quantity in order for the app to determine the calorie intake.
