How to start a meditation session with VFit?

With an endeavor to help employees focus on immediate tasks, manage stress levels, and remain thoughtful throughout the day, Vantage Fit has come up with a new functionality of logging in to mindfulness meditation sessions.
These are a type of meditation in which employees can focus on being intensely aware of what they’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without judgment. On an organizational level, mindfulness sessions reduce burnout and can boost employee engagement.
Follow the instructions below to start a meditation session with Vantage Fit:
- Tap on “+” in the VFit home screen and click on the “Start Meditation” button.
- The meditation session menu appears.
- Click on your desired meditation session ranging from 5-20 minutes and tap on “Play”.
