How do I configure CSV awards?

To configure a CSV Award, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Begin by logging into the Vantage Rewards platform. 

Step 2: Next, go to the Admin Dashboard.

Note: By default, you’ll land on the Vantage Rewards section. If needed, you can also access it by selecting Vantage Rewards from the top header bar within the Admin Dashboard. 

Step 3: Click on Configuration in the left panel and select Award

Step 4: In the subsequent window, select the CSV award option and fill in the required details such as, 

  • Name of the Award: Examples include “Stand-out Performer,” “Employee of the Month,” etc. 
  • Award Description: A brief overview of the award. 
  • Organizational Values: These will appear on the feed as hashtags. 
  • Award Group Name: For categorizing awards. 

Note: Based on your setup for the badges, either the Questions or Categories will be displayed: 

Question Wizard: Select the responses to the corresponding questions to map the badge for easy filtering. You can create multiple combinations of responses for mapping. Simply click on the “Add another combination” button to input the responses and map the badge to additional combinations as needed. 

Category: Choose the most relevant category that aligns with the badge being created. This helps in organizing and filtering badges effectively. 

  • Use the toggle button if you want a certificate to be included along with the Award. 

Step 5: Click on ‘Save & Proceed’ once the details are filled in. In the next window,  

  • Select the approver level between one level or two levels (if required) for the award. You can also enable auto-approval for a streamlined process without manual review. 
  • Select the approver according to the approver level selected.  
  • Set the denominations for the award. 
  • Select the country(s) where this award will be available. 

Note: Use the toggle button to enable advanced filter options for the monetary awards.  

  • Fill in the minimum eligibility criteria of the receiver of the award. 
  • Customize the visibility of the award. The feed post for the award will be generated according to the selected visibility settings, which will be applied by default for this award. 
  • Assign Nominators of the award. 
  • Use toggle button to enable Self-Nominations. 

Step 6: Click on ‘Save & Proceed’ once the details are filled in.  

Step 7: In the next window, customize the award by choosing from the platform’s available icons and background images or upload your own custom image for a personalized touch. 

Step 8: Finally click on Save to save the award.
