Wish cards are greeting cards you can give to your peers on special occasions like festivals, birthdays, and anniversaries. These can be used on a regular basis by your employees to appreciate one another on the platform. This in turn can be quite effective in maintaining everyday morale.

As an HR administrator, you can configure Wish Cards for your employees to use on the platform. To do that, open the Vantage Rewards Dashboard and go to the Vantage Rewards tab on the top header menu. Head over to Configuration in the left sidebar and navigate to Manage Wish. In the information section, describe your wish and set an image for the wishes in the Customize section. Review your wish details before posting and click on Submit.
