Our points-based reward system allows you to give monetary points to employees. Vantage Rewards makes it easy to reward multiple employees at one go through bulk upload. However, you need designated people to upload and approve these points.

As an HR administrator, you have the authority to assign the role of uploader and approver of points to your colleagues. 

To do that, follow the steps given below:

1. Open the Vantage Rewards Dashboard and go to the Vantage Rewards tab on the top header menu
2. Head over to Configuration in the left sidebar and navigate to Assign Uploader & Approver.
3. Select an Uploader who will create and upload the CSV file for the rewards.
4. Select an Approver who will scrutinize, process, and approve the uploaded file.
5. Click Assign Uploader/Approver.
