How do I configure Panel awards?

To configure a Panel Award, please follow the steps below

Step 1: Begin by logging into the Vantage Rewards platform. 

Step 2: Next, go to the Admin Dashboard.

Note: By default, you’ll land on the Vantage Rewards section. If needed, you can also access it by selecting Vantage Rewards from the top header bar within the Admin Dashboard. 

Step 3: Click on Configuration in the left panel and select Award

Step 4: In the subsequent window, select the Panel award option and fill in the required details such as, 

a. Name of the Award: Examples include “Stand-out Performer,” “Employee of the Month,” etc. 

b. Award Description: A brief overview of the award. 

c. Organizational Values: These will appear on the feed as hashtags. 

d. Award Group Name: For categorizing awards. 

Note: Based on your setup for the awards, either the Questions or Categories will be displayed: 

Question Wizard: Select the responses to the corresponding questions to map the badge for easy filtering. You can create multiple combinations of responses for mapping. Simply click on the ‘Add another combination‘ button to input the responses and map the badge to additional combinations as needed. 

Category: Choose the most relevant category that aligns with the badge being created. This helps in organizing and filtering badges effectively. 

e. Use the toggle button if you want a certificate to be included along with the Award. 

Step 5: Click Save & Proceed to proceed. In the next window: 

a. Select the Award Recipient Type: Choose between Individual or Team

b. Set the Number of Recipients: Define how many individuals or teams will receive the award. 

c. Specify Award Duration: Determine the total time frame from nomination to winner selection. 

d. Define Separate Timelines

i. Set the start and end dates for the Nomination phase. 

ii. Set the start and end dates for the Panel Voting phase. 

e. Choose the Panel Voting System: Select between a Yes/No or Star Rating voting system. 

f. Assign Panelists: Choose the individuals who will vote on the nominations. 

g. Set Winner Selection Timeline: Define the start and end dates for the winner selection process. 

h. Assign the Winner Selector Role: Designate a company member responsible for selecting the winners. 

Key Points: 

  • Select the checkbox to exclude nominations without votes from the winner selector. 
  • Automate Nominations: Turn on the toggle button and choose a specific award to enable auto-nominations. Winners of these awards will be auto-nominated for the panel award. 
  • Recurring Award: Turn on the toggle button and set a schedule for the award to recur automatically. Once activated, the award will be given at regular intervals, such as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annually, without needing manual setup each time. 
  • Review Nomination: Turn on the toggle button if you want to include the review process. Set the start and end dates for the review duration, and assign a nomination reviewer who will assess the nominations submitted within the specified timeline. 
  • Click on the ‘Save & Proceed’ to continue. 

Step 6: Click on the ‘Save & Proceed’ to continue. 

Step 7: In the next window: 

a. Select Denominations: Choose the award denominations. 

b. Set Country: Select the country where the award will be available. 

Note: Use the toggle button to enable advanced filter options for the monetary awards. 

c. Limit Award Receivers: Set a department-wise limit for the number of award recipients, either as an absolute number or a percentage, and input the corresponding value. 

d. Grade Groups: Specify the grade group(s) eligible to nominate for the award. 

e. Eligibility Criteria: Define the minimum eligibility criteria for recipients. 

f. Customize the visibility settings as required.  

g. Assign Nominators: Specify individuals or groups authorized to nominate for the award. 

Note: Enable Self-Nomination to allow individuals to nominate themselves for the award. 

Step 8: Click on Save & Proceed to continue. 

Step 9: In the next window, customize the award by choosing from the platform’s available icons and images, or upload your custom image for a personalized touch.  

Step 10: Finally click on Save to save the award.
