Question and Category:

Features allow admins to map awards and badges to specific categories or question responses. This makes it easier for users to filter and select the most relevant awards or badges when recognizing someone. 

Question Wizard 

• Create multiple-choice questions where the awards and badges will be mapped to a specific combination of responses.  

• During the recognition process, users will be prompted with these questions. Based on their response, the system will suggest the most appropriate awards or badges. 

• This ensures that recognition is aligned with the appropriate organizational values. 

Note: While creating awards or badges, admins will be prompted to select questions and their responses to map the awards or badges accordingly. 

Category 

• Create categories (such as Teamwork, Innovation, or Leadership) and map awards and badges to these categories. 

• Users can filter and select awards or badges aligned with the organization’s core values, making the process easier and more intuitive.  

Note: While creating awards or badges, admins will be prompted to select category to map the awards or badges accordingly.
