To view the team insights of a manager reporting to you, follow these steps:
- Visit the Vantage Rewards Homepage, navigate, and click “Insights” on the left panel of the window.
- In the subsequent window within the “My Team” section, click on the manager’s image.
Toggle to view their team insights.
Here, you can view
- recognition overview,
- values received,
- engagement score, and
- recognition summary of the team reporting to a manager who in turn is reporting to you.
The Managerial Recognition Activity section helps you analyze the recognition activities of the manager(s) directly reporting to you with the help of a bubble chart.
The size of the bubble shows the number of awards (both monetary and non-monetary awards) given by the reporting manager to their direct team.
The X axis shows the average number of awards per team member given by the reporting manager to their direct team. The Y axis shows the percentage of the direct team recognized by the reporting manager.
The dotted vertical line shows the organizational average number of awards received per direct team member. The dotted horizontal line shows the organizational average percentage team members recognized.
